WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

WHY DO SOME OF YOUR COLORS LOOK DIFFERENT IN DIFFERENT PHOTOS? HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ONE IS REAL?
Our photoshoots happen in different lighting for the reason - the light is changing in your home too. Same color will look a bit different in the gloomy morning and in the sunny afternoon. If you're in doubt please connect with us.
HOW SHOULD I WASH EOL CLOTHES?
Since we are using delicate natural fabrics, all of our clothes need special care. Read the washing instructions below per fabric.
For our clothes contains silk, cupro or viscose:

All of our products are priced in Euro (EUR).
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Since our company adopts unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. See our Privacy Policy page for more information.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once orders are placed they are sent through the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. If you would like to cancel your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received. Ex Oriente Lux cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

For Return and Exchange requests you can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@exorientelux.store and one of the customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers.
