Shipping Policy

Most orders require processing time of 3-7 business days. We use Express shipping for all orders. Please refer to list of countries below to see shipping rates.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

€10 DHL Shipping for orders up to 200 EUR (7 - 12 business days)

FREE Shipping for EU all orders over 300 EUR
€20 DHL Shipping for orders up to 300 EUR (7 - 12 business days)

FREE Shipping for Non-EU all orders over 400 EUR
€30 DHL Shipping for orders up to 400 EUR (7 - 12 business days)

Return & Exchange Policy

Since our company adopts unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company. Our company is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. We continue to fulfill this obligation.

 

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, please contact our customer service team within 14 day days from order to request a refund. Please contact us via e-mail at: info@exorientelux.store and include: order number, name the order was made with, email address the order was made with and your request. Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also, the original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times. 

 

You may use any postal service at your own risk, EOL can’t take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged. Orders returned to us without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. EOL reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
